An excellent Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from the Chelchele washing station.  A nice rounded sweetness creates the foundation of this coffee which is highlighted by classic Yirgacheffe herbal notes.  On the nose we got notes of cedar, coriander, raisin and chocolate.  In the cup, flavors of mint green tea with honey, nutmeg and cinnamon.  
 
This coffee is roasted for drip brewing methods.
