Costa Rica Tarrazu is always a crowd favorite and this one doesn't disappoint.  Aromas of honeycomb and golden raisin with bright flavors of stone fruit (nectarine) caramel and honey.  Grind a bit finer and pull the shot slightly longer and the aromas and flavors will deepen to plum, cocoa and currant.
