This delicious Ethiopian comes from the Kercha District of the Guji region.  An area known for producing sweet, fruity and all around excellent coffees.  The first thing you'll notice about this coffee is its sweetness.  A brown sugar aroma greets the nose and follows into the flavors.  As the coffee cools the sweetness transitions from brown sugar, through vanilla, and finally some strawberry fruit hints.  All these wonderful notes are supported by a very clean and full bodied black tea base flavor.  Overall a smooth, lighter drinker with distinct flavors that are great straight and also stand up in milk.
