Espresso highlights the nice sweet and herbal flavors of the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe.  Aromas of graham cracker and cedar sweetness on the nose meld into cedar, cream and lavender flavors in the shot.  A velvety body and smooth flavors make this a great straight drinking espresso shot or very interesting in an espresso tonic.

 

This coffee is roasted for espresso.
